Green chutney is a famous condiment in Indian food. The most popular green chutney made using cilantro, fresh ginger, Thai green chili, lime juice, and salt. Chutney goes well with many Indian savory snacks like samosa, pakora, sandwiches.
THINGS NEEDED FOR MAKING GREEN CHUTNEY:
- Cilantro

- Thai green chili
- Lime juice

HOW TO MAKE GREEN CHUTNEY:
1 Clean the cilantro under running water and roughly chop the cilantro along with tender stalks.
2 Add cilantro leaves with stalks, 1-inch fresh ginger, Thai green chili, lime juice, salt in a blender or Vitamix.
3 Pulse thoroughly until pureed. I like chutney to be a little coarse but you can make a smooth fine paste.

1 Can store the chutney in the refrigerator for a week.
2 Store it in an airtight container for retaining color and taste.
