Moringa podi: Moringa podi is made with the Indian superfood moringa leaves or drumstick leaves. Moringa is an excellent source of iron and vitamins like A, C, E, and a handful of vitamin B.

Avocado oil or Ghee: Fats are used for coating the spices and it also adds a nice flavor to nuts when roasted.

Chaat masala: It is tangy and elevates the taste of the dish.

How to make air fryer roasted moringa cashews

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, add cashews, moringa podi, salt, chaat masala, and oil. Stir until combined.
  • Next, pour the mixture into the air fryer basket and air fry at 300 degree Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
  • Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove the cashews from the air fryer and let them cool down before serving.
