Procedure for making goat curry in instant pot
Clean the meat and keep it aside. To get a nice flavor in the dish, meat should be fat-free.
Meanwhile, turn on the instant pot on SAUTE mode, high or more. Then add oil to the liner, chopped onion, and saute them for a few minutes until they become soft.
After that add chopped tomato, salt and cook until tomatoes become soft and mushy.
When tomatoes are mushy and soft add goat meat or mutton to the liner and cook it for 5 min or until the meat leaves the oil on the sides.
