Peanut sesame coconut ladoo is a sweet treat that can be made in a few minutes with healthy ingredients. Made with just 4 ingredients, these tasty bites make a quick snack for any time of the day.

  • 1/2 Cup Peanuts
  • 1/2 Cup Sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut powder
  • 1/2 Cup Jaggery or less for less sweetness

Instructions

  • Add raw peanuts to the pan, and roast them on medium flame. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
  • Roast until you notice the golden color and nutty aroma. If peanut skin peels off easily, then that’s a sign of well-roasted peanuts. Cool them and remove the skin.
  • In the same pan, toast sesame seeds until they are fragrant and turn golden brown.
  • To a mixie jar, add cleaned roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and coconut powder, and grind it to a coarse powder.
  • Add jaggery or jaggery powder and run the mixie in intervals and check the mixture. When you notice the mixture is releasing oil, stop grinding at this stage.
  • Transfer it to a mixing bowl and stir it with a spatula to combine.
  • Use a cookie scoop or a spoon for even size ladoos. Roll the ladoo with your hands to form a shape.
