Add raw peanuts to the pan, and roast them on medium flame. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
Roast until you notice the golden color and nutty aroma. If peanut skin peels off easily, then that’s a sign of well-roasted peanuts. Cool them and remove the skin.
In the same pan, toast sesame seeds until they are fragrant and turn golden brown.
To a mixie jar, add cleaned roasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and coconut powder, and grind it to a coarse powder.
Add jaggery or jaggery powder and run the mixie in intervals and check the mixture. When you notice the mixture is releasing oil, stop grinding at this stage.
Transfer it to a mixing bowl and stir it with a spatula to combine.
Use a cookie scoop or a spoon for even size ladoos. Roll the ladoo with your hands to form a shape.
