Oats ragi banana waffles are a healthy version of regular waffles. These oats ragi banana waffles are flavored with banana and a choice of your berries.

  • Hand blender or Nutri bullet

Ingredients

  • 1 large Banana
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Oats flour or powder
  • 2 tbsp Ragi flour Finger millet flour
  • 4-5 cherries Chopped

Instructions

HOW TO MAKE OATS RAGI BANANA WAFFLES

  • Prep: Heat the waffle iron. Wash and roughly chop the cherries.
  • Place all ingredients except cherries in a mixing bowl and blend it with a hand blender. Or you can use a smoothie maker like Nutri Bullet.
  • Grease the waffle maker with butter.
  • Pour the batter on the waffle iron and top it with chopped cherries.
  • Cook as per your waffle iron instruction manual.

Notes

  1. I usually serve these waffles with fresh fruit on the side. If needed, add maple syrup or chocolate syrup on top.
  2. I make them extra for an evening snack and reheat them in a toaster before serving.
