HOW TO MAKE OATS RAGI BANANA WAFFLES
Prep:
Heat the waffle iron. Wash and roughly chop the cherries.
Place all ingredients except cherries in a mixing bowl and blend it with a hand blender. Or you can use a smoothie maker like Nutri Bullet.
Grease the waffle maker with butter.
Pour the batter on the waffle iron and top it with chopped cherries.
Cook as per your waffle iron instruction manual.
Notes
I usually serve these waffles with fresh fruit on the side. If needed, add maple syrup or chocolate syrup on top.
I make them extra for an evening snack and reheat them in a toaster before serving.
