Instructions
Cook the rice and let it cool down completely.
Add egg to bowl and beat until everything mixed well.
Heat oil in the pan, add garlic, veggies and pinch of salt. Saute finely chopped veggies until soft. Push veggies to the side of the pan.
Heat a little oil, add beaten eggs, and cook until they are scrambled.
Add rice, schezwan fried rice masala, and mix it all. Check for salt if needed. At this step, you can add cooked protein of your choice.
Serve it warm.
