Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3-4 Brocolli
  • 1-1.5 inch Carrot
  • 1-2 tbsp Green peas
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 medium Garlic Crush it
  • 1 Cup Cooked rice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Schezwan fried rice masala

Instructions

  • Cook the rice and let it cool down completely.
  • Add egg to bowl and beat until everything mixed well.
  • Heat oil in the pan, add garlic, veggies and pinch of salt. Saute finely chopped veggies until soft. Push veggies to the side of the pan.
  • Heat a little oil, add beaten eggs, and cook until they are scrambled.
  • Add rice, schezwan fried rice masala, and mix it all. Check for salt if needed. At this step, you can add cooked protein of your choice.
  • Serve it warm.
