How to Make Almond Fig Ladoo

  • Heat the ghee in a pan, and roast the almonds, and sesame seeds on low heat until they change color slightly.
  • Keep the excess ghee in the same pan. Add the almond and sesame seeds to the blender.
  • Blend the almonds and sesame seeds until they form a fine powder.
  • Add the chopped dried figs and cardamom powder to the almond sesame powder and blend until a sticky dough is formed.
  • Add the sticky dough to leftover ghee and roll the almond fig mixture into small balls.
  • Allow the ladoos to cool and store them in a cool dry place.
