Ingredients

whole spices

  • 1 cardamom
  • 1 clove
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1/2 inch cinamanon

Other ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Onion
  • 1/2 of Thai green chili
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 150 grams Keema
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/8 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Green peas
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • How to cook keema matar recipe for toddlers
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add whole spices. Cook for 2-3 seconds.
  • Add green chili and onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, and minced meat (keema). In a few minutes, the meat starts releasing water, cook until the water is evaporated.
  • Add the spices (coriander, turmeric, and salt) and chopped tomato. Cook until the tomato is soft and mushy.

  • Add garam masala, cumin powder.
  • Add the peas and a little water. Cover the pressure cooker and cook on medium-low flame until 1 vessel sounds.

  • Serve it with rice or roti.
