How to cook keema matar recipe for toddlers
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add whole spices. Cook for 2-3 seconds.
Add green chili and onions and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste, and minced meat (keema). In a few minutes, the meat starts releasing water, cook until the water is evaporated.
Add the spices (coriander, turmeric, and salt) and chopped tomato. Cook until the tomato is soft and mushy.
Add garam masala, cumin powder.
Add the peas and a little water. Cover the pressure cooker and cook on medium-low flame until 1 vessel sounds.
Serve it with rice or roti.
